Vanderbilt mortgage keeps calling and harassing. I have been ate on payments and do make arrangements to make my payments yet they continue to call and say that my husband said that he would post date checks for them and so forth. I know what was said i was there he told them he would make the payment via phone when the money was in the bank. I have never had a payment to be later than the 16th of the month never had a late fee. The bill says a late fee will be applied if not received by the 16th my account has never had a late fee. i got a call on 11/15/2012 by a rep. by the name of Vanessa. she never verified who she was speaking to and gave information on the account. My husband called back and talked to a supervisor by the name of Brooke and she told him that there is no way to verify they just ask for the account holders name. These reps. are very rude and have no concern.  They keep asking me if im still laid off which i am not working but never offer to help this is none of their business as for what i do if it doesn't matter with them as a business to get help. Something needs to be done about this company.
