Vanderbuilt Clayton homes. ( builder) Oakwood ( seller) sold a moble home with known defects that 4years later have still not been fixed maryville ten. Nationwide
4yrs into home still have no water or air in one of bathrooms. Central unit not installed properly.electrical problems..etc..shoddy built. Cheap construction materials..no one returns calls except vanderbuilt wanting payment..builder an seller laughs at problems.
