Vastterrace Web Site offers cellphones, laptops, refrigerators, motorcycles and scooters for sale directly from China. Vastterrace accepts only Western Union and Money Gram payments. When payment is made, you will receive a series of emails claiming that your order is being processed, that you need to send payment, order is being packaged and if you send payment, you'll get an additional cash discount and a free x-box or tablet thrown in. Once you make payment, then an email is sent saying that you owe Chinese Customs fee (sent with Chinese "official" document attached--written in ENGLISH, no less) that approaches 80% of what you already paid, which is the same amount or more you would have spent on the item had you bought the item in the U.S.
You will NEVER receive the item you ordered, even if you pay the "Customs" fees.
