Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

About three years ago, a friend was going to sell me a car. The car turned out to be defective, and he got rid of it. However, in making a few inquiries about how much insurance would cost if I were to buy it, it triggered whatever it is that was triggered, and I began getting letters and calls from the "vehicle service department" out of Plano Texas. They hire local companies to call you so you might think you know the caller and answer. I explained repeatedly that I do not own a car, and NEVER owned a car. And, even if I did, I would not contract with them for their services. And to stop calling. They continued. I kept getting calls and letters. A few letters even had a little scowling eagle on there, hoping it would look official and that I was one of those people conditioned to respond to scowling eagles and stars with obedience. I blocked every number they called me on. Their letters go in the garbage where it belongs. Emails are all spammed. After a while, a friend called them for me so I wouldn't be abusive, and explained very politely that I do not wish to hire their services and to stop calling. It didn't work. Being on the "National Do Not Call Registry" doesn't work either. They don't care. I wrote, recently, a letter explaining this, and that I am not interested in ever being their customer. So their response was to begin sending me text messages instead. I called the numbers on the texts, and once they found out who I was, hung up immediately. So they know who I am. But they kept sending texts. So I have a text blocker now. There is something seriously psychologically wrong with whoever runs this place, who thinks that this hyper-aggressive, persistent and annoying approach is how one does "sales". Three years now, they still want me to buy their crap for a non-existent Nissan Versa I've never seen. The main reason I would NEVER do business with them is because of their ham-fisted, endless and continuous sales pitch. Maybe it works with little old ladies and retarded people, but not me.
