Vemma Nutrition They owe me $544.63 joining Silver fee. Under 30 days so should get credited back on Visa card. I have just been ignored by the company and my mentor Heidi Craig Tempe Arizona
I joined Vemma through the GPS Team less than 30 days ago. My mentor Heidi Craig talked me into becoming a Silver affilate. I had to pay $544.63. I joined when my husband was out of town and thought he would be happy that I took the initiative to go back to working so we could get out debt faster. He was totally angry when we sat down and I told him what I had done. He said he did not want me to work as hard as I would have to work in order to be successful in that type of business. We are both retired now. So he advised me to ask for my money to be credited back to my credit card and not do the business. If I wanted to keep the order for the product that was up to me. That was another $170. As I trained I started to see all the fees I would have to pay and all the money I would have to put out. I have spoke on the phone to Heidi several times and also sent her emails to refund my credit card. She just ignores me and she is the one who told me I could get the money returned within the 30 day trial period. I also emailed affiliate support on 2 ocassions without any answer from them.
Next I will speak to my Visa card company and enter a dispute tomorrow.
