Legal Action taken against Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills and William Anderson is case# SMCCS1001034.

The public record shows the judgment in the amount of principal plus court fee ruling against Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills and William Anderson is $1,280.

Parents, be aware of the scam run by Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills!  The Sansei will ask you to sign the contract but only inform you of the purposes to waive the liability or to authorize for charging monthly payments electronically. However, the contract states that unless your child has deadly injured /disabilities or moves away from current residential location for 25 miles, you are obligated to pay for one full year payments.  Eventhough the Sansei will pretend nicely to tell you that it is OK as long as you inform him of cancellation prior to 30 days. The fact is that if your child just wants to try out the Karate but can’t commit for a year, then parents had better to watch out the trap set up by Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hill. The Sansei will change faces to threaten you to pay off the annual unpaid balance or he will sent your account to ASF collection.

We took Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills and Sansei William Anderson to court and won the verdict ( Please verify the court record case# SMCCS 1001034). Now the judgment asked him to return the unlawful charges to us. Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills and Sansei William Anderson violates their own teachings to children about integrity and honest and Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills and Sansei William Anderson  don't  comply with the judgment to pay the money back to us with the balance of $1,280. And we will take any necessary legal action to get this amount of money back. I sincerely wish more parents can read this report before you sign in your children with Red Dragon Karate of Chino Hills.

I would like to ask you to verify two things here:

1. The main reason that I post the statement on Rip off report is to warn all the parents not to fall into the same trap on the contract which you purposely and maliciously set up to use collection agency forcing parents to pay off the whole year payments if parents are not satisfied with your service.

2. Legal documents can talk and the evidence can clarify that you are not intended to pay off the verdict judgment until the marshal of the sheriff office delivered the legal enforcement. The whole process reveals your integrity and intention how you operate all the threatening and malicious plans toward the customer like me who entrust my child on you for almost 2 years. It simply shows that you dont have a thanksgiving heart to value the business.

With the good will from me to you, I sincerely advise you to be a humble and honest business man to face your evil deeds as a tall man. Best regards!

I am William Anderson, the "Sensei" or Head Instructor of Red Dragon Karate Chino Hills, and I have been in business since 2003. Red Dragon Karate has been in Southern California since 1965. We are a good company, and I am a good instructor. I have personally trained hundreds of families and promoted 90 outstanding Black Belts in the last 9 years. I try to have a good personal relationship with all of my clients.

The client who filed this report was one of my best. In a matter of an hour, over a minor incident at a tournament, she turned into a small business owner's worst nightmare: irrational and litigious.
I always try my best to work disputes out with my clients before anything bad happens. She was the first to suggest taking me to court. In the heat of the encounter, instead of letting her go and refunding her tuition, I thought I would fight her instead. That was a mistake, that I paid for. I paid the judgement in full and I have since changed my enrollment practices, making sure that everyone is well informed at every step in the process, and letting people out of their agreements when they are not happy with our services.

Please do not judge me or my business on the account of one client with a personal grudge, and please do not believe everything you read on the internet.
