Verizon DSL ripoff tricked lied to us Dover New Hampshire
I have had DSL with Verizon for over a year and I upgraded to their $59.95 package and was told I am eligible for that package. After all this time I was wondering why my speed was going downhill instead of getting the speed I was paying for I contacted support and they sent someone out and my speed picked up after 5 minutes of him leaving my house my speed dropped way down.
Now I am being told my support that I am too far away for that speed and I should contact billing and have them give me credit for all this time and change me back to their $39.95 package.
I would not recommend Verizon DSL to anyone.
