I got Verizon dsl about a year ago with 1 Mbps, then i decided to upgrade my current speed on April 6, 2010, Then on April 12, 2010 was the "installation date", I was so thrilled to finally get a faster speed!, boy was i wrong!. That day the internet was down i got the UH-Oh feeling, call Verizon. They say ''its because were updating the speed"", i said ok hanged up. I call the next morning at 11:00 a.m because the internet was down, same explanation, i said OK. Then the next day i try to get online at 5:00, finally the internet wasn't down. Then i check my speed on speediest.net and Verizon's speed test it said 1.75 mbps. What?,. Call Verizon they say ""i ran a line test, it has a negative?, I will schedule a technician to come to your premises on Tuesday at 2:00-7:00. I waited tech didnt show up!!, call Verizon tech and they said yes we did go, they say ""it's an issue with your phone line, the tech recommends to downgrade your speed to 3 Mbps!. I said no way, so im cancelling tomorrow.. also they transfer you to India for tech support!!
