You admit you entered the number wrong. Yet because they only give you a 35% discount instead of covering YOUR mistake in full, you still write a report on them. Okay, let's just think about how that really sounds for a few minutes.

I dont see how this is a ripoff. The friends and family numbers are set up and managed competely by you. Verizon cant add or edit them for you. It is unfortunate that you put in a wrong number but that is not verizons fault. You can check and edit those numbers anytime thru your myverizon account. You said you were offered 35%. That seems very fair to me since it was an error on your part not theirs. I know it can be hard to pay for overages-my last cell phone bill was over $300 from overages-but I dont see how this is a ripoff. They offer many ways to keep up with your usage-#min, myverizon, and their 800#.

Hmm. You clearly admit YOU made the mistake. They don't know what you MEANT to enter, only what you DID enter. This is clearly your mistake and your responsibility. So why should they owe you one thin dime? Alltel would not give you anything. Their policy is very clear: NO adjustments for errors dealing with customers incorrectly entering their My Circle numbers wrong. NONE. So pay attention to what you are doing and stop blaming your mistakes on the company.
