Verizon's data service is terrible and they are not willing to do anything to fix it.  In Gahanna, Ohio, in a commerial are near the airport, consistantly there are 2 bars or less and often times 3G only.  Using Speedtest, download speeds are quite often less than 2.00 Mbps.  After repetative calls and a report to the BBB, they are still unwilling to do anything to fix the situation.  I was told that it was working well when proof after proof shows they are flat out lying. 

To fix their network errors they replaced my phone.  Let me repeat that one, to fix the fact that their network is horrible, they replaced my phone as if replacing the phone is going to fix an entire network.  Then, when trying to logon to ship the old phone back, I'm blocked from getting that information.  So, I have this old phone which I know they are going to find a reason to charge me for even though they're blocking me from being able to send it back. 

Upon sending the phone without even finding out if that magically fixed their entire network, they repored to the BBB that the matter has been resolved.  The matter is 100% not resolved; as expected, sending out a phone didn't fix their network. 

Avoid Verizon, they are theifs and do not care at all about the customer.
