They make nice looking fireplaces but wait... any time you need a part get ready to hand over a lot of cash.
The dealers that sell them are ripoffs too.
The more in repairs they do to you the company gives them a cut of the profits. and trying to call their service phone number its all automated and you are wating for and hour to talk to serice.
