We found the company from Vietnam who produce Synthetic rattan furniture in google , and we contact them and we place and order to this company .
We make an agreement with this company for a trial order and we pay an advance of 20% of the invoice .
Regarding the term of delivery they don`t respect that and also the products that they produce for us was not like what we order ( The color of the items is very diferent , The design as welll was not like in our order , the material was not also like in our order , and also the products was not complete like in our order . . So we try amicably to speak with them to change the products , or refund the money what we pay to them because the products was not like in our order and also they had not respect the term of delivery and we lost our clients and also refund the money to our clients because we don`t respect the term of delivery . . And the only explain from the that company was that they don`t change the products and also not refund our money .
So or company try to call them and send them email to solve the problem but from that moment the company not answer on the phone and also not answer to skype and email and dont give us any answer regarding our goods or our money . Also in one day we try to call around 30 times and one person answer on the phone but when they here about witch company we are , they close the phone and not answer again from that moment .
This company is very dangerous because they take the money from the clients and they don`t respect the orders and also don`t make the products .!
So in this moment that company have our money and we don`t have the products .
So this company if they are making like this with every client , they make a lot of money and this is a Big Fraude ! . So our company in this moment also have only the proforma invoice what is not legal in our contry .
We want to announce every person who want to colaborate with this company to be patient because they are fraudulos !
