Complaint Review: ViewBot - Internet

Paid For 5000 Viewer Bots - Only Received 7 - Threatened and BlackMailed me saying they would send Twitch my IP if I chargedback or told anyone about their services.

Also i would like to let you know that its company policy that if a client do a chargeback or refund that is against our terms of service, then we will give all costumer information (channel name, log from usage of our service, IP's and more) to twitch.tv which usually result in a ban. Chris H Sep 02 04:30 Yeah this is ridiculous. I bought the 5000 viewer package. And still only get up to 7 viewers. I'm starting to feel like this company is a fraud. Unless you can get this program to work and do as you say. I'm charging back and contacting paypal. I find it very hard to believe that "higher paying customers" would even need to use 10,000 viewers. The main objective of viewbotting is to get partnered. Hopefully you can come with a solution for this problem. I've had the bot on for 15 minutes now, and still only see 5 viewers. Chris

Chris H Sep 01 14:34 Hello - Thanks for your quick response. I've tried using this view bot on multiple occasions and have had no luck. I would estimate I've tried using this bot about 15 times now. The first 5 times. When I signed in, I got an error. It's a little hard to have faith in your services or product, and even consider putting out more money. Without a proven system in place. What guarantee or assistance could you give me If I went with the max plan? I feel I could be a very loyal customer to viewbot.net, If I could get some kind of guarantee that if for some reason I'm not given the view/chat bots I'm entitled to. Meaning: If you have the 100 max viewers plan and we are under a large amount of load (weekends etc.), then a user with a 10.000 max viewers are more likely to receive the full amount of viewers, because we load our resources towards him. This is part of the service that our highest paying costumers get. Therefore you now have 2 options: - Wait until we are under less load or we upgrade our servers (which we do on a monthly basis) - Upgrade to a larger plan, and therefore get in a group that receive more resources. The most I've ever received from the bot was 3 unstable viewers. The viewers constantly drop, and sometimes never appear back. I'm also not receiving the chat bots I paid extra for. I would like a response back from you guys soon. For I have many friends that are in the streaming industry. And so far, I've not had anything good to say.
