Villa Romantica a/k/a Villa de la Sequoia falsely advertised their villa as having air conditioning, heated pool and hot tub. It does not. Also the physical location and gps coordinates given by the property manager Arianna Quintavalle are false. "Villa Romantica" does not exist. Do not rent this Villa located in Camaiore, Italy. It is a ripoff.
Trip Advisor advertises for this Villa but it will not protect your interests. Don't make the mistake of using Trip Advisor.
