i recieved a call today from a mediation company stating i owed vince enterprises $ 660.00 for a payday loan transaction i never recieved a loan and never finished the application once i found out the fees and checked into the companys reputation their trying to charge me fees for looking at their site and starting the loan app which i never finished complete fraud
