I have learnt a big lesson , to avoid those scammers you first have to find a good and honest review about the brokers you want to trade with, one site that really helped me to distinguish the good from the bad in the binary options industry is Binaryoptionsthatsuck.com - really recommended to read your broker review before even thinking about opening a real account.
Hope this helps

I was looking around to see what people was saying about the company vip, and really didn't see much, but this was alot of help. I am like most, trying to make some extra, not get rich by no means (wishful), but I only had $100 to put in, they told me no, need about $500 to start, didnt have it. So they told me they would call back, or for me to call back when i had the money. Thank you, because they won't see my money. I'm a single father of a 9 yr old boy, and money is hard to make, for me to give it away. I wish there was something real out there that would help.

Well looks like I am in the same boat as everyone else. I am on chat with Frank right now and as everyone has said he has not responded in over 40 mins. It says I am connected but he has not response to my Hello's.. I requested a withdrawal over 12 days ago and was told it was processed on Aug 17th and posted to my credit card. I have not seen it yet. When I talked to Frank he said "Everything looks ok on our end, talk to your bank" well I already did there is no pending transactions. I never received a receipt or transaction number from VIP and in fact all emails that I used to get from them have stopped for some strange reason.
I guess I am one of the lucky ones because I only deposted the minimum amount to start of $400 dollars. I have been doing really well with trading and have even made over $800 dollars. Of cource it is just sitting in their account now and I am guessing I will never really get to see or use the money in real life :( I am going to do like suggested and report them to SEC
Good luck if you have already made the mistake of dealing with people.
