horrible business ethics. talked down to my mom and discriminated my parents like it was their job. they were like "look at me when im talking to you" when my parents were buying the car. they made false promises which i made them fulfill... because they had promised the back spoiler, all season floor mats, and the second valet key that shouldve been rightfully in my possession since the day they forced my parents to drive the demo car [that was used by many other people and had several miles on it already] off the lot. do not go there please.. they made it obvious to us that they wanted our money and they did not let us buy the car - they sold it to us with lies and fraud. after the service appt (an appt i had to really push and call more than 5 times to schedule because they said they would call US but they never did and they gave us a time frame which they said they would call within but never did) and getting my spoiler and all season floor mats, my dad found a dent on the underside of the passenger's side's seat. they're really f***** up and arrogant and conniving a**holes. they bluffed and told my parents to get a lawyer and see if the dealership would really pay for it, accusing my parents of creating that dent. that isnt even a minor hit, it was intentional.

" they were like 'look at me when im talking to you' when my parents were buying the car." So, after this display of rudeness and arrogance, instead of walking out, they rewarded the dealer with a purchase. Hint : If you don't approve of these kinds of sales tactics, you've got to quit giving them your money. I have a hard time taking someone seriously when they claim abuse and bad treatment, yet they still end up spending thousands with the people who supposedly treated them badly. Doesn't make sense, does it?
