THIS COMPANY HAS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOG-IN. AFTER MANY EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON MY CC BILL, THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE WEBSITE STATES THAT THE LOG-IN CAN NOT BE FOUND, BUT THEY HAVE MANAGED TO CHARGE MY CC. WHEN I PHONED THEM, A MAN ANSWERED AND STATED THAT THE NUMBER WAS A CREDIT CARD PROCESSING CENTER, BUT I LOOKED UP THE NUMBER AND IT IS LISTED UNDER A REAL ESTATE COMPANY. THIS COMPANY HAS NOW CHANGED NAMES 3 TIMES. RIMSTOP.COM, VIPRIMS.COM AND THEY ARE NOW WHOLESALEWHEELOUTLET.COM THESE IS RAN BY A MAN NAME SONNY THAT IS A REAL ESTATE AGENT. BEWARE OF THIS SITE. MAJOR CREDIT CARD FRAUD!!!

I recently paid the membership for this so-called RIM SITE. On the website you could purchase a set of 4 rims and pay immediately; if you wanted to purchase a single rim or center cap you had to fill out a request online or send a fax and then the company would contact you with an invoice to make payment & then they would ship. I sent a fax to viprims.com @ 800-508-2939 with a copy of my proof of payment, the picture and description of the rim and a detailed letter requesting the particular rim I needed. For three days I tried to log-in and I would get an error message. The fourth day I tried to visit the website and could not open it. My browser says, "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to viprims.com. Try reloading: viprims.com, Additional suggestions: Access a cached copy of viprims.com." I can access a cached copy of the website but I just get another error message when I click on any link on the website. I tried to call the number listed this morning and I get a recording that says, "Thank you for calling Wholesale Wheel Outlet. All associates are busy at the current moment helping other customers. Please leave your name, e-mail address and member code if applicable. Thank you very much." The recording just keeps playing over and over and you cannot leave a message. I tried to open the link for the membership cancellation listed by the company - http://204.57.114.89//Cancel%20Membership%20To%20VipRims.pdf - and this website address does not exist either. I am currently filing a complaint with the FBI and the local sheriff's office regarding these sites and I am cancelling my bank card. BTW - They are known as Rimstop located @ 827 Union Pacific Blvd, PMB 71-257, Laredo, TX 78045, Rimstop.com, Viprims.com, WWOutlet.net and Wholesalewheeloutlet.com or they have a PO Box in Houston, TX 77063.

First of all if you need to cancel your membership all you have to do is go to the members area and click on cancel my membership. Also look in your bulk or junk mail folders because our emails 90% of the time go in there we have no idea why. Now since you are dissatisfied we will gladly refund your last months payment.
