VIPRIMS.COM/ Wholesale WheelOutlet.com NEVER HEARD OF A COMPANY, THAT IN ORDER TO PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCT, YOU HAVE TO BECOME A MEMBER. THEN WHEN YOU ARE A MEMBER, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND THEY DO NOT E-MAIL, NO PHONE CALL, OR ANYTHING. THIS COMPANY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR 2 MONTHS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD FROM THEM. I FAX MANY TIMES, BUT NO RESPOND. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT($ 60.00) PIST-OFF!!!!!!! HOUSTON TEXAS
My Name is Darren Walton and I feel that this company (VIPRIMS) is a rip-off. 2 months ago I visit this site in order to purchase a rim. The funny things are that in order to purchase a rim, you have to become a member of their web-site. So I really wanted this rim (calli 604 22in), so I join the site for 19.00 up front. I waited until a month until I received a phone call from a private number, saying that they can get the rim, but it will take awhile. But in the mean time (here is the catch), they are still taking money out of your account and never getting back with you on the status of YOUR order or anything. So now you are unable to get in touch with them (no phone, no e-mail, or nothing) so I was able to locate a fax number from RIPOFF.com from someone who had the same problem with this company. So I fax them the following letter the next day to a Frank Alex:

Hi, my name is Darren Walton. What kind of rip off scam you have going? My patience is running out. It's been two months since I became a member of your so-called viprims.com. This is my 3rd fax to you and I have not heard from no one from your company. This viprims company continues to withdrawal money from my bank account, but you cannot e-mail me, send a letter, or return any phone calls. I need to know the status of (1) rim I order. (Rim is a 22 calli 604) the rim is 6 lugs for a Cadillac escalade. I hope you can understand why I'm upset. It's not everyday that i allow some company to take money out of my account without me hearing from that particular company or person. I need a phone call to tell me if you can get the rim or not. If you cannot get the rim, then cancel my order and refund my money. I need to hear from you or someone ASAP
