Outsourced to some third word, asian country, reps, barely have a Rudimentary grasp on theenglish language! are very hard to understand, and oh yea. They stealyour money after you try to cancel bad service! I was told on three Occasions. That I would be refunded full monthly service charge. Never happened. Now theyre telling me I went over 15 minutes on phone, and are charging me $105.00 for a bad signal dropped call! I actually used 17 minutes!!
