Virgin Mobile Usa sent me a broken used phone in new packaging as if it were new Plainfield Indiana
I ordered a new phone from virgin mobile off of there website. The phone they sent me in the mail had teeth marks on the antenna, dirt under the screen and in the key pad and the whole to attach the phone adapter to charge it was broken and could not receive a charger. They sent this phone in brand new packaging that was completely sealed as if this phone was brand new.
I called the company immediately after opening it and they told me well the one we sent you was brand new. I told them I was stareing right at the phone and could see all the damage.
After going back and forth for several minutes with there rude customer service people they finally told me they would send me another phone by wednesday. Wednesday came and no phon, thursday no phone finally I called back friday and asked what is going on and they proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me for another phone until they received the damaged phone back then they would refund my money for the first phone. I said absolutely not.
I told them I wanted my money back for the crap they sent me and they told me they could give me my money back but only after I paid to ship the phone back to them. This phone company is a rip off.
Please dont buy anything from them. They will rip you off if given the chance and should be reported to the proper authorities for consumer fraud.
No one at there offices could explain to me how I received a broken used phone in totally brand new packaging as if it were brand new. I am sure they have done this to others so please dont order from this site. They are dishonest and dont deserve your business.
