Virginia School of hair design Very UNconcern, Stole 300.00 worth of my own product hampton Virginia
I received hairs services by a stylist name Jamaica. My hair was not done right. I had to go to another place and fix it. Which I understood considering she only been there five months. THe whole entire time she complain about her fiance baby mama drama and her transgender sister. I had brougt in three bundles of hair and product which total 300.00 worth. I tipped her and left. ten minutes down the road i remmebered i left my products at her desk. I called back and Manager answered phone and told me he would have it brought to front desk. I drove back to salon and manager stated the stylist left we will take your number and give you a call back. I never heard anything so i called back and the person who answered stated "oh somebody was suppose to call you back , your items is not here" . BUt we will ask the stylist when she come in tommorow. Well the next day the stylist never showed up. I called the next morning and they said we asked here about it and she she give it to someone but she dont know who. We will have her call you. Well she never called so i went o speak with manager and he stated yes we can specualte it was stolen but i have no proof. THere nothing we can do , we tell people here that happens so be careful . I happen to see stylist when i was walking out and asked her who she gave it to, Her response was " I didnt give it noone, its not mine so i left it and told a group of people standing around there a bag full of product here." SHe also stated its not repsonbilty to turn things in. SHe was very rude about it. THe only person that seem to care about my situation was a Africain American lady at the receptionist desk. EVen the Manager didnt even offered no free serivces for their careless stylist. Waste of time and money.
