Virtual Mining Corporation VMC NOT COMMUNICATING WITH PREPAID CUSTOMERS! Springfield, Missouri
Hello , I wanted to bring to your attention a problem with
VMC, mining http://virtualminingcorp.com/
I have prepaid for a bitcoin mining system to be built and shipped by VMS mining at a cost of $4700
The owner Kenneth E Slaughter is not returning emails and is not answering his business phone, it now goes to an automated answering system. The mining systems were to be shipped in late November but have not been shipped!
I have been trying to get in touch with Kenneth to give a date as to when he he will
now be shipping the bitcoin mining equipment. There has been no attempt from Kenneth to reply back to any emails or phone messages.....
This not how one should run a buisness. Kenneth should communicate on this website, email, phone what the intentions of the company is going forward! One since he has not meet his shipping date he needs to communicate when he will be shipping out the bitcoin miner systems and if he is not able to do that then he needs to refund all moneys back to the customers!
My hope is he will do the right thing for every customer....
