In Responce To all the negative stuff said about viscom I would like to point out a few things that lead up to the problems you all have with Viscom, and their machines. 1st The computer are cheep made from bottom of the line componets. 2nd I worked as a phone tech for these people and most of the techs there know alot of things about computers but we were forced to follow a script, and had our lovely manager screaming that no call should be more than 15 min long. And proboly the worst problem I know about this place it that only aproxmently 30 people are there to answer the phones so you have very long hold times. The moral of the story is never by a computer from and infomerrical, and if you do make shure you buy a name like dell or gateway, not some gereric POS. I now am a feild service tech for a major warrenty provider. I know the issues with parts not fixing your system are a pain, but us feild techs can only work with what we are given.
