Vita Face Cream Offered Free Trial COST ME $189.64 ! My Problem. Florida
In the beginning of June 2017 I was surfing the web, when a pop up ad for Miracle Face Cream and Eye serum appeared from nowhere.
I should have known better, but I have been dieting and after loosing 60 lbs. I have a little problem with sagging skin under my chin and the women in the picture had the same problem, until she began to use Vita Face.
For only $ 4.95 you could try this product and when you order the face cream, they offer the eye serum for only $ 2.99 more. WOW, what a deal.I got out my debit card as fast as I could. I neglected to read the fine print about future shipments and after two debits to my account on 6/19/17 (1) $2.99 (1) $4.95 , on 7/03/17 I was debited $91.79. When I received my bank statement on 7/14/17 I called the phone number on the last debit1-888-960-3123 in FL. Spoke to operator #24 MIA and told her that I did not want my account debited and she told me it was already past the 14 day trial and all she could do was cancel my account. But before she would cancel, she offered me to continue at a 20% discount when I refused she went down to 60% off I told her NO just close my account. OK no further debits will be put thru. Are you sure I asked. YES.
I then saw that there was a second phone number for the other debits so I called that number also to make sure it wasn't 2 companies. Same person Mia #24 Answered. That told me something was bad. I asked her if they were the same people and if my account had been closed, she confirmed and said no problem No More Debits.
Checking my account on the morning of 7/15/17 Another debit has gone thru from VitaFace for $89.91. I called the bank , told them what had happened, and was told the best thing to do is Close my Card, File a Dispute and wait 10 Business Days for my bank to check into this matter to see if they can get any of my money back.
Please Read the Fine Print. Don't Fall for Scams like Vita Face. They Prey on people and take advantage. If it seems to be too good to be true.
