VMSG 24 Hour Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Orange County, CA DR. SWARTZ Stop - I paid money for a QUOTE NO SERVICE JUST A QUOTE San Juan Capistrano California
They supposedly provided a 1st time visit examination, yet they could not describe the examination results. JUST A QUOTE. They said they would send examination results and never sent them. They were good at taking my money $$$$ and providing a quote, yet had no plan, no explanation, just a shot in the dark, round in circles. Then when I asked to talk to the vet who supposedly examed my pet, she was never available, never followed up and basically had no bed side manner, no empathy.
DR. SWARTZ WAS WORST DOCTOR EVER. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS VET UNLESS YOU WANT TO DONATE MONEY FOR NO REASON.
I WAS TOLD SHE WAS GOING TO CALL, EMAIL ECT. NEVER HEARD FROM HER.
