Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Be careful! In Phoenix we went to their presentation after receiving their letter. Time ran a little over the alleged hour, but not too bad. You watch a film on their vacation packages that allegedly save you about 50 %. After the presentation, a guy, the boss, comes out and gives you a speech. He thinks he is a comedian, laughs and jokes as he is trying to sell you. Fine, no problem. After the film your sales person comes out gives you his sales pitch, you say no, then the TO (turn over) to the Boss comes to your table. He asks which plan you are interested in. You ask him to see a contract. His demeanor completely changes. You think he is going to grab you by the throat (I wish he would have). He tells you no, in a snotty manner. You ask why, is it a secret, I want to show it to my attorney. He jumps up and says, I don't have time for this, get rid of them. This a*****e's name is John and he is just a West Virginian Thug, or maybe I should just say a f*g, he would not make it as a thug where I come from.

They will have you sign a blue letter that should have been given to you when you entered. It has all kinds of conditions regarding your gift; in my case it was airline tickets. You could lose your $100.00 on tickets if they give you a different date than your original date (you have to give them two dates) and you cannot go. You have to give them a 90-day notice, and they are allowed to substitute a different gift and it is subject to availability. The plan might be ok, but I see too many horror stories for me to invest over ten grand. Hope this helps you, be careful. If you want a copy of their letter, email me and I will send it to you. If you buy a Time Share, you get a deed. With this, if they go under, you get screwed (out ten grand plus)! Remember, if you buy, you are doing a good thing, you are supporting his four college boys who are probably dumb as rocks if he is their real father.

Best regards,

John

Our experience with VNI has been varied. We go to Hawaii quite a bit and have had some issues but always walked way (flew) really happy. We have gifted weeks to newlyweds, asking them only what city would they prefer and getting their approval before we put in the request, no problem. In fact, they gave them two bedroom suites to boot. No, the scam is the individual locations and the lovely people they hire (some are not too smart). Yes, there are issues with each vacation because of the non-timely placements of the requests (each time they make the request way after the money). In other words we have had deliquent requests and have had to push for locations that we wanted, making close to the mark location changes. We requested two consecutive weeks and got two different locations in Hawaii, which to our happiness was fine since we rent a car for the entire time anyway. Now, our own daughter is getting married and we intend to gift each family member a stay in the hotel or resort they deem worthy. So, we can all be together for it. I just hope it works for us, especially this time! Who knows availability and the request by the VNI is essential for proper orders, so push them a bit, find out what is truely available and book what they have, you will be pleased if you use what they do have. Basically, I have saved quite a lot of money staying in their available places, but the hassle is always interesting, but since they gifted me 10 free weeks, I will never complain again. As an example, we are staying at a fine resort that rents for 250.00 a night on our second week, and we are thrilled. I priced the vacation through an on-line site and it is 2750.00 per person with airfare, we are only paying for our flight and the car, a total for the two of us of 2100.00 for the two weeks. You be the judge and think of how hard it is to coordinate that for thousands of people, I will push and be patient and research with their staff each vacation, thank you! I am a fan and will continue to pay my dues, and go thru the hassles needed, because each location is exceptional and clean and easy to take!!!! So far.
