VONAGE DIGITAL VOICE ripoff - Sales misrepresentations and Fraudulent billing Edison New Jersey
VONAGE communications solicited via e-mail my business. I was clearly told that my current telephone number will be transferrred in TWO weeks and in the meantime I will be given a temporary number. When I told them that I would not want to pay two telephone bills, VONAGE promised to give a month's service free to cover the transition period.
After 10 weeks of waiting for this Rip-off artist to get my number transferred and seeing a charge instead of the promised credit for the second month of service on my credit card statement, I cancelled my service and returned the equipment when VONAGE promised to credit all the charges.
Following the return of the equipment - VONAGE went silent.
