I have been a Vonage subscriber for nearly 2 years and have never experienced anything except top notch customer service. I have changed internet providers twice and moved once while being subscribed to Vonage and the customer service team was extremely helpful in assisting me with keeping my assigned number under the portability act, reinstalling my router, and re-activating my service after ISP changes. Perhaps you had a "bad apple" on the phone, or perhaps you didn't follow the correct procedures when/if trying to cancel a trial offer. Nevertheless, I have referred nearly a dozen people to Vonage. Many of those individuals switched providers and are extremely happy with their service!! I am not an employee, ex-employee or stockholder of Vonage. I am simply a patron of Vonage and am very happy with quality of the service and level of customer service that I have received.
