It is the same story with this Vonage company, they wont let you cancel then they charge your account for a phone that does not work! YOU MUST FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!! DONT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS! They are not regulated by the PUC (public utility commission) therefore they fly under the radar! If enough consumers file with the attorney general they will investigate and file a suit against them. This is our only shot at getting this ripoff company. They are terrible at customer service and take advantage of people every day....because they can. They need to be stopped! It only takes a minute or two. You can file online! go to attorney generals website and click on file a claim!
