Vonage ripoff I was charged 121.18 to cancel my account after trying for over amonth for to cancel the account when they did not transfer my number Internet
I am currently being ripped off by Vondage.... they give you 30 day trial. 30 days free so they say ... just try to cancel! You cant because they dont answer the phone so you can. And after the 30 days they answer the phone and charge you 121.18 to cancell the service. with no regard to the fact you have spent 25 hours waiting on the next availabe customer service person...
I called 6 times and they said they would call me back about my line transfer.. they said they would leave a email for someone to expidit my request but never never did ..it was a lie.
4 times I was told that and even at my cancelation they tryed to pull it again and I said no no way cancel the service... because if I have to wait another 12 hours to get you onthe phone again I will go nutz ..So while I am on the phone waiting for them to cancel my service as they said they were taking money out of my debt account to the tune of 121.18 .. they are so bad... they never transfered my number and didnt even try to transfer it and they charged me a fee to do the transfer so they owe me a refund for that .... and because they dont have customer service you cant cancel the service in the 30 days so you are ripped off again .... what can I do??? I am soooo mad..oh yeah they charge you for their box to hook up to your computer too, and it dont work either....
