VW Merced MercedHyundai -- MercedKia Warning - Beware Internet
In July this year I purchased my 2 new VW's @ Volkswagen Merced (Merced CA) ->
Their Service Manager Paul and his co-workers where unable or unwilling to complete Warranty work on my B7. They damaged my vehicle & left the interior DIRTY & full of greasy fingermarks inside & out.
After I contacted VWoA and they became involved, VW Merced where still unable or unwilling to complete the Warranty work up to VWoA standards. After many attempts I refused to let Volkswagen Merced and their wrench monkeys touch my vehicle ever again.
Once I had complained to VWoA everyone at VW Merced refused to take my calls or answer emails. When I emailed VWoA Customer Relations and caused a ruckus VW Merced called me..and oh how much BS they offered..According to them -> It's a Volkswagen get used to the vehicle not living up to either your dreams or the promises we offered!!
It took CentralValley Volkswagen - Modesto CA a WEEK to bring the B7 up to Volkswagen specification.. They did a bang up job.
I am sending an Official Complaint letter to VWoA & the BBB are now involved..
A gentleman named Peter Herz called me & said he represented MercedVW & how could he help, after many many conversations I said that maybe a $200 fuel card, a few car washes & a letter of apology would go a long way to placating my anguish, no way no way - basically "Get Lost" was the message...Gilbert one of the Sales Managers and I have done lots of business (I have purchased at least 7 new vehicles in the last 5years & recommended dozens of customers) through HyundaiMerced (now closed) - Sadly MercedVW have now lost All my business & I definitely can no longer recommend:-MercedVW-MercedHyundai-MercedKia
as the best dealerships to spend your hard earned money...BEWARE..
