I was contacted through up Work by a woman named Grace from a job that i applied.
A few weeks later I was invited by e-mail to do 2 translation from english to portuguese.
They told me that i should make an invoice and sent to specific email adress, which I did.
i was informed that they only pay in the next month, between 26 and 10.
I delivery my jobs in September I was to be paid on the 10th of November.
I contcted the case manager Gino, who told me that had checked my invoices and that i would receive my payment till the 10th of November through paypal, following the payment guidelines. This did not happend, they failled the payment and i beleive i've been ripoff!

Unfortunately we haven´t received any reply from "Bruno" but our internal research and follow up with "Bruno" showed that the payment was indeed made and "Bruno" has confirmed this to our accounts division. The payment was made on time during operating US standard hours, unfortunately "Bruno" took a different time zone (Europe) as base to his assumptions and hence submitted this report.

I did managed to contact one person from the HR Department who assisted me in solving this situation. That person was very helpful.
I received the payment one day after the payment cycle ended.
I was told that they were having dificulties in finding my invoices.
Problem solved.
