I canceled my account with Wal-Mart connect In accordance with the Terms of Service before my free trial period was completed, and they still charged me. I have been bounced between the Cancellation and billing departments. Cancellation will not speak to me, as they claim it is a billing issue, and billing will not help due to the fact I am no longer a customer.
Further I have had no luck even finding out if a Supervisor or Manager exists, let along speak to the individual about my problems regarding my former account. I have called many times, spent time holding for hours on hold just to find that there is nothing apparently that can be done.
The people in the cancellation department who I speak with tell me that my account is no longer active, and therefore I should not be charged. They then transfer me to Billing.
