With no exception, everybody working for this rip-off company must be RETARDs.And for Ryan, you learned a valuable lesson, unless you are another retard customer, don't go back there. I can bet John's salary that you won't get any money back.

a few things, first off. Let CMI(Wal-Marts Insurance) do their job, give it time, and i don't doubt you'll get reimbursed. second off, Wal-Mart has an account which is used to handle small claims and minor repairs to vehicles. The limit for this account is $250.00, anything over that amount must be handled through CMI. third off, we're people too, we have lives, and a family. If he was off the clock, he was off the clock. Wal-Mart makes a BIG deal about working off the clock(gee, go figure $25,000 fine per occurence, no wonder they make a big deal of it). fourth off, yes, the person who damaged the car was responsible to inform you of it. I have myself have had cases where i caused a problem, but I have never failed ot inform the customer, and my boss about it, so we could get things right and get it fixed. Usually it's something simple like a drain plug which are a dollar or two, and 15 minutes to fix.
