Wal Mart Customer No-Service Nobody will wait on me, and won't read my debit card. Saginaw Michigan
1. I quit buying anything from this store's sporting goods store. I could never find anyone to wait on me.
2. Forget their jewelry department. Nobody is behind the counter to sell you anything.
3. This store is the only place in the entire county where the card readers won't read my card after I swipe it. Then she punches the number in and makes me wait five minutes for a supervisor to come and process my transaction. Then the supervisor tells me they can't process the card. So I leave the groceries there in the cart and go off to Meijers where I have a pleasant experience and my card is processed normally. No wait and no hassle at Meijers or Krogers here.
4. I was in the store on a Saturday night at 10pm. There was one checkout lane open with 20 people waiting in line. And they would not open up another checkout lane!
5. I took my car to this store three years ago and waited over an hour to get my oil changed. Guess what? I never got my oil changed because after 65 minutes, I left. I went across the street to the Pennzoil place and got in and out in 15 minutes. I've never been back to their automotive department.
This place the place in town for "customer no-service".

Its so simple, JUST STAY OUT OF WAL MART, PERIOD!!!! I don't go there, I hate the company. I buy my groceries at Kroger or Brookshie Brothers, perhaps its a few cents more or less, but I don't have to encounter Wal Mart's trashy customers. Yes, I said trashy. Everyone who is stupid enough to shop there is trash. I will go to Big Lots, Family Dollar, and Target if I need things along that line. For basic car maintenance I take my car to a local reputable oil change place. You don't think I would ever let a company that has no business offering anything in the way of auto maintenance touch my car. As for customer service, do you really think you will get it in a company that is non union and pays their employee's 5.00 an hour?????

It happens all the time with customers when the card will not read. The long lines happen all the time as well. They always have a shortage of cashiers to where they have to pull salesfloor people to the register and management. Better yet they are shorthanded everywhere. People are always calling out for any reason. The people they hire in most cases are not good quality workers. Be glad you didn't get your car done in TLE. You know how many times they mess up people's car? I take my car to the dealership.
