I HAD MY VETERANS BENEFITS SENT TO A PREPAID WALMART MONEY CARD MY SURVIVOR BENEFITS , AND WALMART MONEY CARD LOCKED THE CARD AND THEY EVEN HAVE THE PHONE SERVICE SO EVERY TIME I CALL WITH THAT CARD NUMBER THEY DO NOT LET ME TALK TO A LIVE PERSON THE CARD IS A PREPAID CARD SO YOU CAN ONLY SPEND WHAT YOU HAVE IN DIRECT DEPOSIT THEY HAVE BEEN HOLDING ON TO MY BENEFITS AND THEY HAVE CAUSED ME TO GET EVICTION BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY MONEY FOR MY RENT,
I HAVE FILED A REPORT WITH THE BTTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND I LATER TRIED TO CALL THE WALMART MONEY CARD AGAIN WITHOUT TYPING IN THE PREPAID DEBT CARD NUMBER THAT THEY GAVE ME AND THE PERSON ANSWERED TOLD ME THAT WALMART MONEY CARD IS WHITE PRIVILAGE CARD , AND ANY NEGRO MONEY WILL BE HELD ON TO, SO I HUNG UP.
I THINK IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR ANY PREPAID CARD TO HOLD ONTO SOME ONES GOVERNMENT BENEFITS BECAUSE ITS NOT THEIRS, IT IS VIOLATING THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF THE PERSON , AND CAUSING HARDSHIPS. I CANCELED MY FUTURE DIRECT DEPOSITS WITH THE WALMART MONEY CARD SERVICES, SO THAT NOTHING FUTHER CAN GO ON THAT WALMART MONEY CARD I ALSO REPORTED IT TO THE VETRANS ADMINSTARTIONS THATS THE WALMART MONEY CARD WAS HOLDING ON TO MY DIRECT DEPOSIT,
WALMART MONEY CARD IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE TO STEAL FROM A PREPAID CARD , WHY NOT JUST SEND THE MONEY BACK TO THE GOVERNMENT INSTEAD OF HOLDING TO SOMEONE DIRECT DEPOSIT WHEN IT DOESNT BELONG TO THE CARD SERVICES BECAUSE ITS PREPAID SO ITS NOT THEIRS, THIS IS WRONG AND IT CAUSE GREAT HARDSHIPS RASHACHARNEL DOUGLAS (((REDACTED)))

What is the reason why they froze the account? Better yet, why are you even messing around with this stupid card? Why not get a checking account? Oh, let me guess..you have massive overdraft fees and no banks will touch you with a ten foot pole. I would also bet what you're not telling us is the frozen account has something to do with financial mismanagement on your part! Wouldn't THAT be a surprise!
