Wang Gang Vovinammaroc.com Sachamlynek Ripped off with wrong product Canada Ontario
I found the site while looking for a Kangol hat. I found the style and color i was looking for and placed my order. After waiting a month i contacted the seller to see what the status of my shipment was. I received no response but did receive a package in the mail 2 weeks later. The package was not from the company i ordered from. In the package was a Hello Kitty ball cap, DEFINITELY not what i ordered. I contacted the selller and asked if they sold through the Wang Gang company. They responded and told me they did. I informed them of the mistake and they said they would correct the issue by refunding me 10% of what i paid! I told them absolutely not, i wanted a FULL refund or exchange. I have not heard from them since regardless of numerous emails. Had i known they were a China based company and not a Canadian based I would not have ordered.
