Warehouse Deals, Inc Bait and switch Internet
They made a mistake, and I had to pay to correct it.
They sent me a different size than I ordered. When I asked for an exchange, they stated that we would have to to do a return, refund, and repurchase.
Conveniently, when they issued my refund, the prices had almost tripled for the same item. They expected me to pay the difference. I refused.
After spending an hour on the phone with them, we were able to get it to where I only had to pay half of the shipping again. I shouldn't have had to pay any of the shipping. They simply refused to allow me to do a straight exchange so that I could receive the item I had actually ordered.
