I ordered a drafting chair (an office chair, only taller). They literally sent me a box of parts. LOL. The bottom piece, a pole, a seat, two armrests and a back. No hardware. No screws, none of the little parts that are required to attach the seat to the frame.
I was laughing so hard, but got pretty ticked off by the time I finally received a chair I ordered elseware. I'm not so sure abotu amazon. It's a major pain to return things. RETURN SHIPPNG IS NOT FREE unless a situtaion like this happens. They did return it for free but that took an extra week.
