When I had my Taurus 2002, in great condition, of course my factory warranty was going out. I was now getting mailings from this company, so my husband told me to give them a call. Salesman I would say youngish, and sounding very eager to make a sale for a warranty, so my husband said go ahead purchase for the full amount like about over $2,500, for 36,000 mile coverage on top of what I had, which was when I sold it only at 60,000, so still had a ways to go, and didn't use the coverage as my car was sold May 5th 2007.

I asked quite a few times by phone then faxed them quite a few times, and the one and only answer I got was this warranty will not cover another car of mine, only the Taurus, so I asked for my refund at least $half I told them, well I faxed them a few times more, but no answer, told them I want my money back., now I get a letter 2 days ago stating that my warranty is expired, and my cust# 08J00G93SH, obviously they still have my numbers.

I just want my money back, I don't like be ripped off, and I couldn't even use it on my new car 2007 Ford 5 hundred.

Well this is to say it was not Warranty Activation, and they were very helpful in directing me to the right company that ripped me off. Took about 2 weeks but not Warranty Activation. They were in touch with me by e-mail and by mail to clear this matter up. I've finally found the real Rip Off Company.
