Warranty Activation Headquarters Refused to remove me off of their list! St. Louis Missouri
After I called the company about removing me off of their list, they were rude, and heard weird click click sounds on the phone, trying to trace the phone call.
It sounded like a mad house in the call center like I called the New York Stock Exchange, but I kept insisting to remove me off of their mailing list, and all the
person kept saying was what was my credit card number. They ignored me, and ignored my request to remove me off of their list. Most of the person had a very thick accent, I couldn't understand, and I told them I don't want future or any solicitations simply because my vehicle is a 1988 S-10 pickup, and I'm not able
to get extended warranties! I told them my 1999 Ford Ranger was repossessed by Ford Credit, and also Ford Credit refused to work with me, about payment plans
and when I told the idiot on the phone, I'm driving a used car, I was laughed at, and made fun of! Rude and inconsiderate!
