Wamu or washington mutual has ripped me off know like 20 times in overdraft fees. They juggle the amount of charges right before I get my check direct deposited into my account and I think their system knows what day I get my check so they could say "those charges where posted the day before and know have to charge you 36" per fee even though my deposit is posted hours after they do theirs. I know they have done this to other people too.
How could they juggle debits to hit before your deposit, unless you actually made the debits before your deposit? And since that's illegal, you wouldn't be doing that, would you?
