WCSS,Inc. contacted me in Aug. 2002 and convinced me that I should change my long distance service to them. They assured me that I would receive a rate of $.07 per minute with no monthly service charge. My first bill arrived in Sept. with a rate of $.14 per minute rate and a $5.45 monthly charge. I called their C/S number and was told the fee would be credited back to my phone bill along with the rate difference.

Next month, same problem. Called again and received same story. When I asked how long it would be before I saw my refunds, I was told 1-2 bill cycles.

I have yet to see any credits on my bill and have therfore changed my service to a provider I can trust. To date they owe me for service charges for 9/02-10/02-11/02 as well as the rate difference for my calls. The service charge for Dec. was picked up by my new provider.

I have given up contacting them because they are impossible to get ahold of and I am tired of getting the same old story.

Oh yeah - the billing agent for WCSS, Inc. is none other than ILD Teleservices, Inc.
