Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We went to Webb Ford Highland after the salesman Joe called telling us he had the SUV we were looking for was on their lot. We arrived only to be told that the SUV we wanted was just sold. However he had a van for us to see in our price range. Tho we didn't want a van we looked at it anyways. As we went fora test drive Joe continued to tell us to speed over railroad tracks to feel the suspension. At the end of the test drive we looked it over and agreed to purchase the van for $ 3500. Joe told us that the van for was $3900 and that if we had $3700 he would wave the other $200. We agreed and paid the amount agreed too. As we tried to leave the car lot, the van wouldn't start. We had the salesman and manager try to start it. We were told to leave it and they would fix it. We explained to them that we are Will be using the van for a family vacation, and that we didn't need problems with van. The next day we went back to pick up the van Joe told us that the ignition was changed. We left thinking our problem was solved. That was in march 2013. We have no title to this van as of 7-15-2013. The van is a lemon. We've had nothing but problems with this van. Upon research we found that the Chrysler vans have a well known electrical problem with the dashboard and turn signals. Thus that is why we were told to go over railroad tracks hard. We have called regarding the title and electrical problem only to be told we owe another $200. The electrical problem wasn't there and not their not responsible to fix it. We were clearly taken by this dealer. They had to of known of the issues regarding this van. We also now know that the ignition was not changed. We were given a new key and told it was changed. I know this because the old key starts the van as well. When we've called we've gotten a run around and that we would be called back. Never received a call. So now we can't plate or drive it. We can't sell it or afford another vehicle.
