I registered for a 30 day membership which cost $9.95. I read on the web before I registered that they charged $9.95 for monthly service and waived the set up fee which normally cost $ 19.95.
After finishing the registration, I checked my bank statement online and found that I was charged $29.90 so I call the customer service number (800-932-4678) and explain to them that on the website when I registered it said the set up fee was waive and total price was $9.95. I even read the term and condition which said the promotion would end on April,30 2006.
The customer service rep told me to talk to a sale rep. Then I called the same number and waited for about 30 min until a sale rep. picked up the phone and said the set up fee would not be refunded and transfered me to the same customer service rep.
Finally nobody could explain this to me. She apologized for this and said somebody were updating the website. What about my money? What should I do? May be because I am a foreigner so it's easy to them to get money from someone who can't speak English fluently.
