Web.com Networksolutions.comRegister.com $1500.00 for a worthless website no help!!!!! Internet
I called Network Solutions owned by web.com Network Solutions provides domain names and websites I needed help with a certain domain name, they talked me into a newer updated website that would get more traffic better visibility to search engines so I agreed to have the website built under my domain name" they designed a website that was horrifying they told me they would use a temporary domain name until I authorized the custom website to my satisfaction and then they would simply transfer the custom-built website to my domain name. after weeks of having them make the changes finally after i asked them to just mirror my current website design, It's done ready to be live! Not so it has been an absolute nightmare promise after promise technician after technician and still nothing. they are STILL unable to point my domain name to the domain name they built the website under and they're unable to transfer files to my domain name. so at this point I have a website that cost me $1,500 that is worthless!!!!! I have talked to over 40 staff members of web.com register.com and networksolutions.com!! bouncing me back and forth between all three companies with no answers nothing resolved no refunds and now telling me that they want to charge me another $1,500 Per year!!! absolute ripoff they need a class action lawsuit filed they are a deceptive misleading unethical company STAY AWAY!!!!!
