To the original poster of this report I also was scammed with a junk vehicle by Matthew Roberts of WeHelp 247, We Help Foundation, Auto Help 247 and others. I forked over $5000.00 as a down payment to his so called non profit corporation Auto Help 247 on a vehicle that prior to the sale, he knew had mechanical issues that needed to be repaired but he did not fully nor accurately disclose the issues to me.
I am now making monthly payments on a vehicle that may cost over $10,000.00 to have repaired. To add insult to injury his idea of helping me was to allow me to trade the vehicle in so that he gets a nice big pay off (more money) and then take that money and roll it over into his other company "We Help 247 or We Help Foundation" so I could give him more money to go into their housing program and potentially end up like others who have posted here - out of money and without a home.
With that said I have I filed complaints against him and the Federal Trade Commission may be able to investigate him as well as actually do something about his company practices if you and others file a complaint on the FTC's website or via their tollfree number detailing your rip off experiences with him/his companies.
I now understand why one of the other author's who was ripped off called his company "We Take" and why We Help Foundation has an F with the BBB.
Please consider filing that complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
