Weichert Realtors Coastal Broker Dan Higman manages properties and collects rent for private owners. There is one big, serious problem though: He writes fraudulent checks to illegally enrich himself. He provides no record keeping when asked. He provides no transparent accounting when asked to view it by property owners. I am a victim and have been scammed out of thousands of dollars by Weichert Realtors Coastal.
