I purchased a vehicle in November 2006 and used Wells Fargo as my finance company. For the last 3 months my monthly payment has been $198 dollars more then previously. The reason given was because of an insurance surcharge since I didn't have insurance on my vehicle. I did have insurance.

I promptly sent them the information they needed to verify insurance and get the charges off of my account. Well now the issue is that ony of my insurance policies did not have Wells fargo as the lienholder. they want me to go back and get the policy altered to reflect Wells Fargo as the lienholder. The problem is that this policy expired in jan 2007 when i purchased a new policy from a different company.

they will not accept the Declaration of this expired policy because of the lienholder is not Wells Fargo, the insurance company isn't going to change an expired policy, and I am still getting charged even though i provided proof of insurance.
